Unique Features:
We installed a multi-zone Equinox Louvered Roof system, allowing for 160° of rotation to control light and airflow. To provide "on-demand" privacy and protection, we integrated motorized screens that disappear completely when not in use.
Homeowner’s Goals & Challenges:
The client wanted a versatile outdoor space that could adapt to the intense sun and unpredictable insects, without sacrificing the sleek, modern aesthetic of their white brick home.
